As the meaningful season of Buddhist Lent approaches, our team joined together in shared devotion to participate in a cherished Thai tradition: donating traditional Buddhist Lent candles.

In Thai heritage, presenting candles to a monastery symbolizes offering wisdom, warmth, and guidance to the community. For us at La Green, this gesture reflects our ongoing dedication to bringing positive light to the lives around us, nurturing both physical wellbeing and spiritual peace.

Hands in Action: Restoring a Sacred Space

For the La Green family, caring for our community goes beyond symbolic gestures—it requires genuine dedication, teamwork, and heartfelt action. Throughout the day, our team rolled up their sleeves to give back to the temple and its visitors through a full facility restoration and deep-cleaning drive:

• Restoring Serenity: We swept and deep-cleaned the entire temple grounds and the main pavilion (Sala Kan Parian), removing dust, cobwebs, and debris to create a serene environment for monks and devotees.

• Refreshing Shared Spaces: Our staff scrubbed the marble tables and thoroughly sanitized both male and female restrooms to ensure comfort and hygiene for all monastery guests.

• Lighting the Path: To improve safety and accessibility, our maintenance team replaced damaged equipment, including installing new restroom lighting and fixing essential facilities.
